scolaire pour l&rsquo;\u00e9cole primaire de Phum Steung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La cuisine de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole \u00e9tait depuis longtemps un probl\u00e8me critique en raison de son \u00e2ge et de son \u00e9tat de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;ancienne cuisine \u00e9tait mal entretenue, son toit fuyait, l&rsquo;espace pour s&rsquo;asseoir \u00e9tait insuffisant et il n&rsquo;y avait pas de dispositions ad\u00e9quates pour la pr\u00e9paration des repas dans de bonnes conditions d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br \/>\nCes conditions posaient des probl\u00e8mes importants pour la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des enfants des zones rurales qui d\u00e9pendaient de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole pour leurs repas quotidiens.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9novation de la cuisine de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole a permis de r\u00e9soudre certains des probl\u00e8mes les plus urgents et d&rsquo;offrir aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves un environnement plus s\u00fbr et plus confortable.<br \/>\nCependant, pour r\u00e9aliser pleinement le potentiel de ce projet et en assurer les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 long terme, un soutien suppl\u00e9mentaire est n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>\nNous restons d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la vie de ces enfants et sommes reconnaissants du soutien continu qui rend ces projets possibles.<br \/>\nEn r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, nous avons entrepris un projet de r\u00e9novation visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les installations de cuisine existantes.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9novation comprenait<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9paration du toit : Le toit a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9par\u00e9 pour arr\u00eater les fuites, ce qui permet \u00e0 la cuisine de rester s\u00e8che et s\u00fbre, m\u00eame en cas de fortes pluies.<\/li>\n<li>Agrandissement du coin salon : Nous avons agrandi le coin salon pour donner plus d&rsquo;espace aux enfants pendant les repas, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un environnement plus confortable et plus hygi\u00e9nique.<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9lioration de la ventilation : La zone de cuisson a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e pour inclure une ventilation ad\u00e9quate, permettant \u00e0 la fum\u00e9e de s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper et cr\u00e9ant une atmosph\u00e8re plus saine.<\/li>\n<li>Stockage s\u00e9curis\u00e9 : Un espace s\u00e9curis\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour stocker le mat\u00e9riel de cuisine, le prot\u00e9geant \u00e0 la fois des dommages caus\u00e9s par les intemp\u00e9ries et du vol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous remercions vivement notre sponsor, le concepteur, planificateur et
