Alors qu&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9e et productive touche \u00e0 sa fin, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Kamboo Project s&rsquo;est r\u00e9unie pendant trois jours pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux objectifs atteints et manqu\u00e9s et, plus encore, pour renforcer ses capacit\u00e9s. Pour ce faire, nous avons invit\u00e9 six conf\u00e9renciers externes, universitaires et non universitaires, \u00e0 engager les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du projet Kamboo sur les sujets suivants : Gestion de projet, Sant\u00e9 mentale, Croissance personnelle, Succ\u00e8s organisationnel, Avantage du bonheur, D\u00e9veloppement \u00e9ducatif et Normes comptables. Les r\u00e9actions de notre personnel nous encouragent. Au-del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;expansion \u00e9vidente des connaissances brutes dans ces domaines, ils favorisent la compr\u00e9hension des forces et des faiblesses de chacun, un jugement attentif et circonspect et un respect mutuel. Chez Kamboo, nous pensons qu&rsquo;une telle comp\u00e9tence interdisciplinaire est vitale pour notre progression en tant qu&rsquo;organisation durable. Nous voulons nous assurer que nos processus vraiment rigoureux ne nous gouvernent pas, mais que nous leur insufflons de la vie ! Nous continuerons et nous nous efforcerons d&rsquo;\u00eatre encore meilleurs en 2025.
