Our hygiene programme is aligned with DoE’s health education framework. In 2020, we agreed to roll othis programme at six primary schools recommended. All the selected schools bought into their respective projects by showing a high degree of internal motivation and commitment. This project is running for a 2 year period from October 2020 to September 2022. We already closed the pilot stage with successfully, with all our quantifiable indicators identified by our base line survey met or exceeded. The District of Governor of Prasat Bakong District as well as more than 110 teachers joined the closing event. What has been achieved thus far:
1- Providing 456 rounds of training to target audience, i.e. teachers, principles and students alike.
2- Setting up 43 toilet rooms for all target schools.
3- Installing 16 handwashing stations at all target schools.
4- Distributing 42 rubbish bins to all target schools.
