A New Bicycle, A Smoother Journey to School

We are happy to share another meaningful milestone from our Bicycle Support Program. 18 bicycles have been delivered to a carefully selected cohort of disadvantaged students at Sophy Primary School, helping to remove a transportation barrier that once made the journey to school almost impossible, leading to high absentee rates. This obstacle has now been resolved for these keen learners.

In many rural communities, students must travel long distances each day to attend school. Walking under the hot sun or during the rainy season can be tiring and sometimes affects students’ attendance and learning. With this bicycle, the student now has a safer and faster way to travel to school, allowing them to arrive with more energy and focus on their studies.

Teachers at Sophy Primary School shared their appreciation, noting that transportation support like this plays an important role in helping students stay committed to their education.

We sincerely thank our generous supporter, Mr. Wouter Tuil, for making this possible. Your contribution continues to create real opportunities for students and helps build a brighter future through education.
