Education is a transformative force, and its true power shines when people from diverse backgrounds come together to share knowledge and experiences. From September 9th to 11th, 2024, we had the privilege of hosting 10 university students and 1 teacher from Japan at Ta Ey and Boueng Chum Primary Schools. Their visit was an inspiring blend of teaching, collaboration, and hands-on practice, benefiting both teachers and students alike.
On the first day, the volunteers focused on teacher training, offering practical strategies for delivering lessons in physical education, sports, science, language, nutrition, and health. This foundational work allowed the local teachers to enhance their methods and better support their students. The following two days were filled with real-time classroom interactions, where 75 students engaged directly with the volunteers, experiencing interactive and dynamic lessons. The joy and enthusiasm of the children, paired with the dedication of the volunteers, made these days incredibly impactful.
This experience highlighted the transformative power of volunteer work in education, especially in rural communities where resources are limited. The volunteers not only shared their knowledge but also created a lasting connection with our community, showing how education can be a shared global mission.
We are deeply thankful for their hard work and the positive change they brought to our schools. The knowledge exchange, cultural connections, and the sheer joy shared over these three days will be remembered for a long time. But this is just the beginning.

Our organization also offers the opportunity to organize volunteer trips for universities and student groups. We take care of everything—logistics, school coordination, transportation, and accommodations—to ensure a smooth and enriching experience. A fee is charged for organizing these trips, which supports our ongoing work in education and local community development. By participating, you help ensure that educational opportunities continue to thrive in Cambodia.
