Our second-largest project in 2019 – and in fact to-date – has now been completed, with an official inauguration ceremony on November 16, 2019. This project has been sponsored by the Swiss company Geberit, in the context of their “Geberit Social Project 2019 ” (please also see the video Geberit Social Project 2019). There are three items that Geberit actively supported, by sending 10 apprentices and two senior project managers to work together with the Kamboo Project team at Wat Roka Primary School in the Prasat Bakong District. Currently, there are 332 students and 12 teachers at the school. The three project parts are:

  • A school building with 3 large classrooms and commode temperatures for the school children to learn in.
  • A water tower with a filter system that purifies the groundwater and provides water in good quality. The water was tested in the laboratory.
  • A proper school fence and gate for students‘ security and school security at night time.
